I have been looking for a quality chambray shirt forever but the perfect one has never come along - too dark, too light, too thin, too many weird appliques, so on and so forth. I really, really loved this one - it fit perfectly and was just so comfy and lovely. I felt like we were long lost friends! This was $25 - a bit pricey for my standards, especially because I can't wear it in the heat.
The blue Missoni-pattern-wannabe top was so pretty! I think one of my friends might have it and it is such a fun, classy party top! I didn't like the fabric very much though... it's scratchy and thin. I also thought the shape was too boxy for my figure, but at $5 - you can't go wrong!
I thought that the dress on the left (the belt is mine) was very lovely! The pattern is so quirky and fun - who would say no to hot pink zebras? - and it's a very appropriate length (there's a very subtle hi-low skirt going on too and a gold zipper at the back). Super cute for $18, but I didn't like how the front arm area fit. It just looked a bit awkward. But HOT PINK ZEBRAS.
Finally, this pink top was very much like the blue one up top. Same material, so I didn't love it, although it's just begging to be taken out on the town for some kicks and giggles. Somebody grant its wish! (Just $7... it's practically stealing.)
I only walked away with one of the things above, because I am saving up my pretty pennies for a new camera lens... Can anyone guess?
Have a great weekend, lovelies!
very cute looks! you look so happy in the fitting room ;)

Awesome blog! Love all of the stuff you tried on, specially the denim shirt, but yeah you are right it is a bit pricey.

I LOVE the chambray. I've been looking for the perfect one too. So far I've settled for one from Banana Republic out of desperation but I find it too stiff and dressy. I like ones with a more relaxed feel and fit.
ReplyDeletehmmm my guess is the top left. Which piece did you end up buying?! I hope you get to buy a new lens soon! What kind of lens are you saving for?
ReplyDeletei did indeed buy the chambray top! it was just too lovely, couldn't say no :) I have my eye on the 50mm f/1.8 for the Canon, just because it sounds so versatile and it's a good price. What camera/lens do you use?
DeleteThese are all so cute! I love H&M, especially when there are sales happening. I've also been on the hunt for a perfect chambray, so now I'm definitely going to check out my H&M when I'm there next!
